Placing an order through the Site constitutes a purchase request. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Intelco. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable discounts based on your account tier.

Intelco reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at the time of order submission.

Orders do not include a payment gateway — Intelco will contact you to arrange payment terms after order confirmation.

The support ticket system is available to registered commercial account holders and to any party who provides valid contact information. Intelco will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, but response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on ticket volume and urgency. Submitting a support ticket does not constitute a service contract unless a separate agreement is in place.
